  • How is CMO compensated — retainer, performance-based, or both?

    Most clients engage us on a small monthly retainer plus a percentage of Amazon sales, so our incentives are fully aligned with your growth. Beware of agencies that charge a percentage of ad spend — they're financially incentivized to overspend your budget and inflate their own fees.

  • What's the minimum contract length or commitment?

    Building a high-performing Amazon presence takes time — it typically takes a few months for all the pieces to come together and deliver meaningful results. With that in mind, our minimum commitment is 3 months.

  • How do you measure and report on performance?

    We measure nearly everything: ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, CTR, Conversion Rate, Refund Rate, and many more. Every week, your Brand Manager will send a summary covering what was completed, what's in progress, who owns it, and when it will be done. Every two weeks, you'll meet with your Client Strategist to review the numbers and align on next steps.

  • Do you work with brands on Vendor Central or just Seller Central?

    Both. We work with numerous brands on Vendor Central (1P) as well as Seller Central (3P). In some cases, we also help brands strategically migrate from 1P to 3P when it's in their best interest.
