Note From Founder
William Fikhman started selling on Amazon in 2009. Within 12 months, he was running a $5M operation. After building a agency into one of the country's leading brand protection agencies — overseeing 100+ brands and $200M+ in cumulative sales — he founded Chief Marketplace Officer to solve the problem that kept showing up: great brands being handed off to junior account managers.
