Note From Founder
I started my first “real” Amazon business in 2009, and what a fantastic ride it has been. Within 12 months I was selling $5M annually and 2 years later running a $20M+ Amazon operation selling products from 100+ brands around the world - it was so much easier than today.
In 2015, a friend introduced me to a fellow entrepreneur, Jellaine who’s eyelash brand had just been shot down by Nordstrom for having too many gray market sellers. It seemed like a problem worth solving. Within 3 months I had developed a custom approach which helped Jellaine take back full control of her resellers and get back into Nordstrom, Bloomingdales and Dillards. This led me to start my 2nd Amazon company/agency focused on brand protection and distribution.
After a 7 year run, overseeing hundreds of brands on Amazon, I exited that company and after a short sabbatical founded Chief Marketplace Officer to help brands like yours tackle the next Amazon frontier. Most Amazon agencies hook you with the most experienced Amazon team member, but shortly after onboarding they pass you off to a junior person. This model is inherently broken and most brands find they need a higher level, more strategic person acting as an insider to win in today’s Amazon market which has grown extremely complex.
