Challenges

This brand struggled with low overall sales and faced a critical need for complete product listing optimization to address this issue. Additionally, inadequate inventory management during peak and off-peak seasons exacerbated the problem, hindering their ability to improve sales effectively.

Solution

We developed over 100 new product detail pages, managed inventory and logistics to implement a successful FBA strategy, and created a robust Storefront and advertising campaign to drive consistent growth. Additionally, SEO improvements were implemented on detail pages and backend listings to enhance visibility and performance.
