Challenge

After bringing their Amazon business back in-house from an external distributor, Lira faced several significant challenges to achieving growth on the platform. Uncontrolled resellers were selling damaged and expired products, product reviews were limited, and no Amazon advertising strategies had been implemented.

Solution

CMO initiated the process by assisting Lira in identifying and eliminating unauthorized resellers who were damaging the brand’s reputation. To ensure consistency across Amazon, a complete redesign of product images and A+ content was implemented. Additionally, a comprehensive advertising program was launched, managing over 500 campaigns and achieving a 5X ROAS.
